At Savor FlavorLab LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible non-perishable items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Prepared food products

  • Smoked meats and BBQ meals

  • Perishable food items

  • Catering orders that have already been prepared or delivered

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Promotional or clearance items marked as final sale

Food products that have been opened, consumed, or altered are not eligible for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item

  • A missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

  • A description of the problem

Our team will review your request and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.


Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by:

  • Our shipping error

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect order

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before preparation or shipment begins.

Once food preparation has started or an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a refund.
